Transitional Living

The Transitional Living and Scattered Sites program is designed for foster youth age age 18 and older. These youth are ready to be living in their own homes, but are still in need of care and support. Typically, we are in contact with these youth at least three times a week. We work with the Independent Living Goals that have been established for each youth by their Family Support Team.

The type of residence may vary with each youth, but some of the common assistance provided is with cooking skills, seeking and maintaining employment, achieving educational goals, and budgeting.

Staff in in the locations listed below are available to support youth in certain surrounding counties.
