Clarity Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Health Center founded in 2013 to provide local, community-based access to affordable healthcare. As a community health center, Clarity takes a complete approach to your healthcare needs, providing services that focus on the whole person, offering medical, dental and behavioral health services.

Services offered through Clarity Healthcare

Addiction Medicine Program (AMP)

Provides medication, counseling, and care coordination to those with alcohol use disorders and opioid use disorder.
Provides outreach to individuals that have experienced an overdose.
Provides education on opioid use disorder and opioid overdose reversal drug training to community partners, schools, and medical professionals.

Behavioral Health

Provides psychiatric care, individual and group therapy, and educational groups.
Provides tele-psychiatry and care coordination services to Adams County Jail in Quincy, IL.
Partners with the Quincy Police Department to offer on-call behavioral health consultation and assessment, as well as crisis services for the officer.

Dental Services

Provides dental services in the clinic and offers the mobile dental van to local schools.
Provides the following services: cleanings, check-ups, x-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, extractions, restorative services, and healthy gum care.

Patch Clinic

This program provides Primary Care and Behavioral Health care to students, families, and staff of the Hannibal Public Schools.
Provides school based clinics in Moberly, MO, Bowling Green, MO, Ewing, MO, Monroe City, MO, and Paris, MO, providing tele-psych/counseling, tele-medicine, counseling, and crisis prevention.

Family Medicine, Infant/Child Care, Internal Medicine, Elderly Care, Primary and Preventive Health, Immunizations/Vaccines, Chronic Disease Management, Women’s Health, Prenatal Care and (OB) Obstetrics (by referral), Diabetes Education, Dietary Counseling, Weight Management Support, Lab Services, X-Ray (by referral), Pharmacy (by referral), Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Optometry (by referral), Outpatient Procedures, Circumcisions (by referral), Colonoscopy (by referral), Spirometry, Endometrial Biopsy (by referral), EKG, Nexplanon Insertions/Removals, IUD Insertions/Removals, Vasectomy (by referral), Minor Skin Procedures, Non-Stress Test (by referral), LEEP’s (by referral) and Joint Injections.
