Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center (CPRC) – Youth
Provides community-based services to those with a serious and persistent mental health diagnosis or serious emotional disturbance with a goal to have clients achieve successful and sustained, full integration into family, work and community environments.
Services encompass evaluation services, community support, medication administration, psychiatric services and crisis intervention, individual counseling, co-occurring treatment and creative arts. In addition, for adults, psychosocial rehabilitation groups and group counseling services are offered. As appropriate, family counseling is offered.
