This person will be responsible for the supervision of Community Support Specialists, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention as well as being a key member of the management team.   • PSR SPECIALIST
    In accordance with DMH directives, the incumbent of this position is responsible for providing day-to-day services in the psychiatric rehabilitation program to clients with severe and chronic mental illness. Plans, organizes and facilitates groups, education sessions, outings or other activities to accomplish program objectives. Serves as an advocate to the client in the implementation of his/her treatment plan. Attends scheduled staff meetings and planning sessions. Serves as an appropriate role model for clients. Operates the van and/or vehicle for client transportation and business needs. Administrative record keeping are part of the job responsibly. Excellent customer service a requirement as well as a strong motivation to help others. High school diploma required. Some College preferred.

  • BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
    An administrative full-time position exists in our Kansas City metropolitan, MO locations. This position will oversee and assist with our locations in Kansas City, Liberty, Lee's Summit and St. Joseph, MO locations. This position will be responsible for general human resources administration and operational oversight at all locations. Human Resources duties include conducting Pre-Hire screenings, New Employee Orientations, compiling new hire and general employee information, ensuring accuracy of personnel files, and assisting the corporate HR department, located in Kirksville, MO, with the overall Human Resource functions. Operational duties include oversight of physical plants, including regular building inspections and maintenance, conducting environmental rounds, ensuring completion of safety drills and supervising support staff. Organization and attention to details is a must. Position requires at least 5 years experience in an administrative secretarial/clerical position OR graduation from an accredited school with specialization in business management. Experience in Human Resources is a plus.

  • CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
    Responsible for clinical oversight and management of adolescent substance treatment program. Duties include providing supervision of Associate Counselors and Therapists, participating in treatment planning, and coordinating program activities in our Adolescent Program. Other responsibilities include providing family, trauma and co-dependency counseling as needed, responsibility for program compliance, curriculum development and implementation and report completion. Qualified applicants will posses ability to work with adolescents on a group and individual basis. Ability to supervise and support staff in varied roles within the program.     Our Clinical Supervisors provide direct oversight of all the day to day operations in our Adolescent Outpatient and Tax Programming in St. Louis County by planning, organizing, implementing coordinating, and evaluating program services. This position has direct reports of all school teams coordinators, counselors, and therapists. Responsibilities include program development including leading the implementation of a co-occurring track in the program, quality assurance and improvement, and fiscal oversight responsibilities. Position requires advanced leadership skills, the ability to hire, train, and supervise a wide variety of employees. Must be able to network in the community to monitor the effectiveness of services, satisfaction of our referrals, and to secure new referrals to the programs. Prefer experience in Substance Abuse Treatment environment. A minimum of CRADC/RSAP is required, LPC/LCSW preferred, supervisory/management experience is a plus.
