WESTERN REGION ADOLESCENT PROGRAM DIRECTOR
PFH seeks a Program Director to oversee their Alcohol and Drug Abuse Adolescent Treatment Centers in the Western Region division. Current localities include Lee’s Summitt, Kansas City, and St. Joseph. Some day travel will be required. Candidates must have experience in management of diversified staff and budgetary processes. COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR
This person must be able to quickly develop a solid working knowledge of PFH projects, departments and programs, as well as the history and strategic plan for the future of the agency. Plans, organizes, implements, coordinates, and evaluates a variety of marketing and community relations outreach activities and programs for the organization. Develops marketing/community relations plans for each site and the overall agency and oversees the implementation of activities associated with these functions. This individual will be proficient with Microsoft Applications, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This individual will also demonstrate proficiency with team dynamics. A Bachelor's or Master's level degree in business, management, or social service is desirable. Applicants may show work experience sufficient to substitute for formal education if applicable.
SENIOR GRANT WRITER
The Senior Grant Writer contributes significantly to all activities related to the research, identification, writing and submission of grant proposals for private and public foundations and public government grants and contracts. The SGW follows the direction of the Senior Vice President of Planning and Development and works collaboratively with the clinical VP's and other middle management staff. Candidate must have a track record of successful Grant Writing that includes both government funding and private sources. A minimum of two year experience is required, and management experience, particularly of other grant writing and grant management staff, is desirable. Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred, years of Education may be replaced by years of relevant experience in Grant Writing and/or Human Services Management.
The candidate should be a talented writer with exceptional writing and editorial skills, a creative thinker, organized administrator and able to function independently.

Carry out statistical analysis of audit data gathered in Quality Improvement areas including satisfaction surveys and outcome studies.

Assists in screening/assessment coordination and completes all correspondence and request of information in a thorough and timely manner.
